Spidercise sessions are group training sessions, designed and coached by one of our personal trainers using a variety of equipment – Kettlebells, clubbells, tyres, ropes, TRX and much much more. These functional fitness exercises train your muscles to work together by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. By using upper and lower body at the same time during training; core stability, fitness, strength and power is improved.
Spidercise sessions will push you to train harder throughout the entirety of the hour long session, burning more calories and fat than in individual session on a machine. Also, in a group setting you are more motivated and held more accountable so achieving your personal goals is easier.
